If you have never been lean you are missing out.

You really feel great in you clothes and don’t feel bloated or heavy.

That why i have to get lean again by december!

I'm at 12%. Nothing changed. Bloatmaxxing with goyslop mogs leanmaxxing.

could actually help.

I usually did that when i was 10% bf.

If i craved good food i would starve for 1/2 days and eat whatever.

Only bad thing is acne rapes my face afterwards for like 2 days jfl

McSlop moggs, i love eating unhealthy stuff but feeling light and de bloated is better.

I got treated better when I was roughly at 12% bf compared to 15%+ lol such a small difference makes all the difference

yeah, last summer i was 10% and it was a completely different experience.

I don’t even know why but people just treat you better even without seeing your physique, they can tell from your facial bones.

Also got lots of IOIs and girl seething for my body and friends complimented me at all times

Winter is the natural period to get shredded biologically speaking. Humans used to quickly lose weight during the cold months and only start bulking up when fruit ripened around end of May. I did a cut 2 years ago starting from October and it lasted till January, went from 75kg to 67kg, or from 16% to 8-9% bf. I remember how high i felt from being that skinny, its a surreal feeling

yeah the IOIs u get are crazy. people literally find any reason to talk to u more when your slimmer. i bloated back up because being too lean was unsustainable now people treat me as they did before. just shows how primitive humans are lol, leaner=better life as a whole.

yep, the closer you get the more it i’ll be hard.

went from 17% to 14% rn.

Struggling with training since i work so much and i had some relapses where i got mcdonald’s and ate everything.

But i’m still holding on, cigarettes and coffee are helping me hard.

Gonna be 12% by end of the year if i start training 4/5 times a week again.

you got it dude, my goal is to be 8-10% by eoy.
doing 1hr incline fasted cardio everyday
coffee and cigs.
boxing 3x week and weight lifting
3x week.
avg 2000cal per day.

I been preaching coffee and cigs since god knows when, it’s a broken tactic.

I need to eat more protein cuz i’m losing muscle and i gotta keep my metabolism high.

I’m eating aroun 1200 cal a day but my metabolism is low rn.

My final girls is 8% too, i do inclined low pace cardio for 30 min after every workout.

I’ll be 8% by end of january or february hopefully. I’ll keep it up!

same for me about the protein im eating around 50-70g max a day
cottage cheese is good as its low in calories and high in protein and taste very good with some honey or sugar.
