Being lean is not a halo anymore?

In 2024 i don't think being lean is a halo/rarity anymore its a must requirement.
Most dudes i see in there teens/20s are already gymnaxxing/lean or are just skinny as hell and very lean.

imo being lean is a must requirement its not halo its only a falio if your not lean in the west now.

But hey what do you guys think?

i think most people are probably skinny fat or JUST skinny, real lean people with muscle is pretty rare.

ehhhh go to a public beach and youll see a lot of guys your age who are complete fatcels and/or framecels

not being fat is a must <22-23%

but being 10-15% is great

Most dudes are anything but lean. Gymmaxing has become more of a trend, but most are not consistent and are still overweight or plain DYEL.

Majority are either fat or lean, but very skinny. Being lean + mascular is definitely a halo
