I have been eating 3k calories everyday

The downside is I also run 3 miles everyday and workout for 1.2 hours. So the 3k is actually more like 2.5k in translation - and thats more than enough for my metabolism

So basically IM stalled at weight. The gains are coming slow and the six pack is perma visible

I am being 1000% real I rather not be lean and sport some nice definition than be lean and look DYEL

The ultimate goal is obv. to look lean and not dyel at the same itme but I cant gain weight no matter how hard i try

if youre trying to not look dyel and being on a caloric surplus why are you running 3 miles a day?
what possible reason could there be to run that much in a day if youre trying to gain muscle/weight

How fast can you run a mile in?
I ran a 6:30 mile on a treadmill at the gym today. I feel like a borderline subhuman running so slow. I need to get back to sub 6 minutes for a mile to feel truly potent. But every time I approach the 6 minute pace I get a small tear in my thigh and I have to take 3 weeks off.

Depends on your bones. Jocks don’t have to be lean they have the brute pheno. Pretty boys have to be lean their bones aren’t as prominent. Example luke leachly and some tiktok guy like vinnie

Thats pretty fast- much faster than me
It takes me 10 mins for 1 mile- 15 mins in total to jog fully to the gym (1.5miles)

Do keep in mind that there's terrain and slopes though

he could just walk
you dont necessarily have to run to the gym and back
That shit will end up taking me 1 hour- (35 mins to go-35 mins to come back) + another hour in the gym- thats basically 2 hours at the minimum. Then you come home, shower, and eat - and basically 3.5 -4hours

You destroy you gains and health in general though. Cardio is one of the worst things you can do. Of recommend buying a used bicycle for peanuts.

Stop running then

That’s good for an old person like you

My best non treadmill mile is 5:17

If you're a boneless cuck it is overrated but then again if you have to leanmaxx in order for your bones to be visible, in that case, it's over.

Well, it depends. Are you actually going to stop stuffing your face and no binging/overeating, good diet?
I’ll try to do that… it’s just umm very hard Bhai

It takes so long to get in shape is my problem

You can do it. I did. Just takes discipline. Take it slow. Count calories, do whatever takes. Start going to the gym. Start walking. Cardio. Intermittent fasting, with keto. Weight will fall off fast. Although, that’s not for everybody.

the results come quicker the closer you get to your goal
first 10-15 lbs is barely noticeable tbh
the final few lbs lost is insane, a visual improvement nearly every day

Lean crew are just perma rotters who cope thinking their Ramen noodle diet is a planned strategy towards being skinny when in reality it's just poor diet maintaining a skeletal physique.

In that case, what you could maybe do is buy those mass gainer powders (get ones with little to no added sugar) mixed in a shaker cup or blender with homo milk if you are really hurting for calories but don't want to fill your stomach up too much.

One 80 gram scoop of the powder I buy is 312.5 calories 15g protein 57.5g carbs (only 2.25g sugar) 2.5g fat

I lost a ton of weight (5'5.75" February 6 168.2 -> October 1 128.14 7-day avg). But I have been able to put on a lot of weight quickly in the past 5 weeks. I'm up to 134.97 lbs 7-day avg. I'm gaining weight faster than I want to actually. I'm actually trying to eat at maintenance right now until Nov 16th to see if I can maybe recomp some of my new body fat towards muscle. My reading last Sunday morning was 130.8. Tomorrow morning I'm probably going to beat that by about 3 lbs and my 7-day average is going to go up substantially tomorrow.

I was mostly clean bulking at first. Sticking to the whey protein powder mass gainer powder. But then a friend treated me to a 1,600 calorie brunch at a restaurant 3 weeks ago. Then I had two Harvey's Original Burgers with Cheese (460calx2) with 200ml chocolate milk (160 cal). Then I went to Tim Horton's after to get a large pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin spice donut (300+ cal). Then my ex and I had all-you-can-eat sushi four times. Pork/lamb souvlaki with fries, roasted potatoes, rice, garlic bread with cheese, greek salad. I had a Grandpa burger with cheese at A&W Tuesday morning (820cal). Then the weight just piled on. Three hours after that morning burger, I tipped the scale at 136.6 lbs. lmfao. I stopped bulking after that. Taking a break for now until Nov 16th. I still supplement with whey protein powder to get my protein and use a smaller scoop (49g) of mass gainer powder before and after a workout so that I can use the carbs to fuel my workout and provide glycogen for my muscle repair and growth. But that's about it.
