Most normies that go to the gym use it as an excuse to “bulk” and shove food down their gullet.

I don’t think i’ve ever seen someone sub 15% body fat in the gym, ever.

The only people that have actual good levels of leanness don’t even go to the gym and are probably stoners.

Come to think of it I don’t think i’ve ever seen anyone with abs in general JFL.

Agree... I saw people with abs but they were really 'small compared to insta/tiktok brainwashed roided image of a guy with a 6 pack...

My brother in-law is 41 and has decent abs 12-15% bf year round - he's on keto/low carb / don't drink and workout everyday like some running/pushups/pullups he *sometimes* go to gym for like 30min to fuck around only, and have better physique than 99% of men (especially his age) lol, consistency is the only thing (it's been few years of clean lifestyle).

It's all easy when you have some discipline / don't eat goyslop tbh, only time needed.

When I don't drink too much alcohol that alone trim me down to 18% bodyfat in no time (muh twink genetics at work :lul:)

This is super real, I see these guys after gym eating McDonalds/kfc that they EARNED after workout
although one in some time is ok, but they are 'so hungry' they must shove goyslop asap for muh protein xD

Yeah, well the only people that are below 15% are lowkey just stoners. Since normies eat goyslop often, and don’t go much physical activity at all. Most people probably sit at 20%.

I was pulling up to KFC and Mcdonald’s back in uni in the beginning of the year JFL.

Bulking is only good the first couple months after hopping on roids
thing is i wasnt roiding

just started going to the gym and ate everything that had "protein" written on it and i ended up being 21% bf fat ass

ive cut down a bit since then but it wouldve been a lot easier if i never bulked in the first place

That’s pretty rare tbh. I’d assume 99% of people who are actually lean would have abs visible without flexing at 15%

Yeah that what society considers 'normal or even thin :) When I was actively full force looks mining I was 21-23% (max).

It take effort to be ~15%, didn't been there for years now I'm just month or two tbh of not so hard work even, things clicked for me finally... Going to sleep lil hungry became a ritual & don't bother me at all at this point when I see leaner face everyday (y)(y)(y)
Motivating stuff.

But I know there is legit research about our gut microbiota, that suggest - if that's fucked up, that's for life giving you more cravings/hard time losing fat and you will sit at higher 'base' bodyfat%, so I understand some *CELS struggle with it more then natural twinks

Yeah the lowest bf I reached was 14% so far and then “bulked” (my excuse for eating like shit) from december till march. been leaning down for about a month and a half now. In another month i should be back at around 14%. I didn’t really have a desire to go lower tbh since face was lean enough at that bf, but there is potential there for more face gains if i continue going down.

My willpower is shit, so resort to GLP1 usage which massively helped in cravings and discipline and sticking to a calorie deficit.

14-15% is a sweet spot for me too, hell I'll be happy if I be 16-17% year round that's already decent compared to bloat lords everywhere :)

dunno man it bothers me quite a lot even if im locked in, its like i get some satanic thoughts when im in a deficit, all of a sudden i convince myself its over for me and it doesnt matter if i eat goy but i see my face and i realize its not over but i still say its over so i can go and buy a fckn cake and other goy, literally feels like my mind is not mine while im cutting
