1: visit a psychologist doctor and rant about inceldom, sexual market, sluts, looks theory etc. The psychologist will make you get in touch with a psychiatrist

2: Visit the psychiatrist and rant about inceldom and sexual market again. You will have prescribed drugs by the doctor

3: pretend you are taking the drugs. In the following therapy sessios pretend your situation is getting worse, and fake the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorders

4: if your situation looks too bad, you may obtain a disability certificate for mental health and a welfare check
