i’m 6’3 or 190cm so i’m tall but i literally get called lanky all the time since i’m kinda skinnyfat but i’ve been gymcelling for a while now on and off and just come to realise how slow the progress is at this height and naturally doing it not to mention bigger range of motion on bench and squat

one actual falio of being tall but would still rather that over manlet

and i ain’t even mega tall it’s actually over for 6’6 and above homies gymcelling unless u are anthony joshua

spamming wont make them much better, its like calves, some people never train calves but mog like 99% of people

Anyone over 190+ should roid as you are always gonna look dyel also make sure to train your arms as much as you can as arms are what make you stand out in a t shirt. Shoulders are good shirtless
 
'on and off' there is the problem, youre lazy. you should work out with no breaks stop looking for excuses height is not the problem you cant even do 1 pull up that means you put 0 effort in your work out. do you always want to be a pathetic little bum for the rest of your life?

as a manlet you can wing it with dogshit form and be healthy for a long time and grow
as a tallfag you need special form adjustments for everything and if you make the slightest mistake you're fuarked very quickly with injurys
