Being lean or low weight/low bodyfat (muscle but lean putting on shirts) will have people treat you horribly and it's the same equivalent as being morbidly obese even if you are jacked underneath.

Hi. I have been doing a lot of research on SARMs, peptides, testosterone, and similar compounds, and have landed on two questions that I have been unable to find an answer to. For someone who is 18 and simply wants to improve body composition, what would be considered a relatively low-risk starting point? And if there is one, where would you recommend sourcing it from? I want to get leaner and build muscle, but I want to approach it as responsibly as possible. I will continue researching in the meantime, but any insight would be genuinely appreciated.
