Life does not have any ultimate purpose or justification. People on just want to fuck hot girls because evolution made us that way. But just because you can’t fulfill your biological urges doesn’t mean you should be sad.
Try eastern religion or philosophy. Schopenhauer said that it’s impossible to be truly happy, because happiness comes from having all your desires fulfilled. But we are always striving and yearning for something. You can never permanently fulfill all your desires. Even more so than sex, the will to live is far stronger. And In the end eveyone dies anyways. You can’t escape!
If you just learn to not want anything, you won’t be sad, because you won’t have unfulfilled desires.
