Again that's used only in some former industrial Soviet cities which went kaput after the fall of the Soviets, a good number of towns and villages don't have this problem. But either way you are right to some degree, don't understand why westerners look to Russia that much for trad wifes, they are too spread out and much harder to find. Best trad wifes you will actually find in Europe are in Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia etc.
