idk im just wondering tbh what are the true benefits of fruits, all i know is that a banana is really op and can help w alot, but whag abt oranges or grapes? Just curioue shitpost.

Also how long do u need to debloat for hollow cheeks and how much like, how many bananas or ykwim

first get to %10 bf then start thinking about debloating

Im not sure if thats low tbh, my max bf is prolly below 20% . no way im above. How do i even lower it?
 
i used to be skinner like 105 before i started calisthenthics and TRYINGA TO BULK , its prolly 500-600 max. And i hate peanut butter. anyways how do i lose bf and while we on topic slow down my metabolism
