You don't need to attend classes or study

You just revise 2 hours before the exam and you still get good results

While your peers invite you to go on their gay little 5 hour library sessions, you spend your entire day doing whatever the hell you want

I'm quitting STEM gonna do finance, economics and international economics next year so my academic life is going to be 100x more easy ( I assume it's easier than the subjects I'm currently taking )

Mine is calculated in GPA and cGPA

I probably can't excel in engineering, calculus and advanced math is not something I enjoy

My cGPA so far is 3.7/4

I plan to start "studying" daily, try to live that lifestyle after I start my economics studies in hopes to get a 4.0 for my undergrad course. Hopefully it lands me in a good internship program and my career goes smoothly.

You can modulate a little with nootropics I guess but it''s mostly just chance by your genetics and how your parents raised you.

I grew up reading encyclopedias and long fantasy novels so my reading skills are a little bit more refined + my proficiency in English is comparable to a native speaker unlike most others in my country. I assume that gives me more comprehension skills and better memory recall strategies when reading the notes. I need less time to do more, and I understand more of the scientific prefixes, patterns of the words etc.

If you wanna try noots you can't go wrong with Alpha-GPC and racetams

I take 1.2g alpha with creatine high dose, b vitamins and fish oil daily + I control my sleep quality and health

Environment & diet (and sleep) with exercise will be the biggest factors, if those aren't in check then you aren't in your best state, besides that things like Adderall or ritalin can make studying easier.
