What are the benefits of adding IGF-1 into a HGH or MK-677 plus CJC cycle ?

i have igf1 of 1200 and have no imporvement in strength etc

You can recover way faster with that high of an IGF-1 level. IGF-1 and HGH help you grow in muscle and strength through its ability to recover and heal your muscles much faster. It won't literally give you improvements in strength and size without working out unlike steroids.

Be mindful though, as IGF-1 is a very strong hormone and your cycle on it should be very short. It also doesn't create direct muscle growth or anything like steroids, so make sure you are working out very hard as taking the hormone allows you to do so, while also making sure your sugar levels in terms of dietary intake are low and that you are doing steady state cardio for 30-60 minutes to relieve strain off your heart.
