I guess maybe they might give you free tests, to make sure stuffs in order?
You might also get payed probably not alot tho.
I only did it cuz I saw post here saying donating blood prevents aging

Have to step up my protocol since I’m about to turn 40 soon

im surprised they let you donate blood
usually people dont want black blood since they have high rates of HIV

bloodletting lowers iron by about 250mg, which is immensely degenerative in excess ( you can have overload in some organs be deficient in others ) also gets rid of "forever chemicals" in the bloodstream, whenever i give blood it instantly raises my T levels

Should I take the iron supplements they give me or no

i mean i cant make any grand claims, and im rusty on my iron markers research such as ferritin transferrin etc, odds are u dont need them and they're bad for you. were u diagnosed with anemia? how many mg did they tell u to take?

I’m mostly white

I think it's all a lie, blood is your life essence, getting rid of it can't possibly be healthy.

200 mg? that is literally fucking insane. i thought you were gonna say like 30 or so, upper safe limit is 45 says webMD ( not that they're all that ) how long have you been complying? can i safely assume u have severe health issues? you can DM me if u dont feel like publicly saying, u could be great insight for me. oh and herpderspon, ofc its life essence, but the body can make new. transferring young blood to old people has been known to be a sort of fountain of youth sometimes.

They just give every person that donates a bunch of 200mg pills. I’ve only taken one today but will stop

I would imagine it has to spent some internal resources to make it. Those young people probably lose the longevity they're transferring to old men.

Lowers your hematocrit if that's a problem. Heavy metal detox is interesting if true, but I'd have thought most of that gets stuck in your kidneys anyway.

I also calculated once that your body burns approximately 800 calories to replace 500ml of lost blood.

i read that donating blood regularly helps with anti aging and decreaes risk of heart attacks

Don't do it if there is nothing to gain. Unless you are doing it for moral reasons
I’m not Indian I don’t need the money

donating blood is good for the skin too

How does one end up with too much iron?
Lots of foods are iron fortified. It was first to solve iron deficiency but now it has become excess.

Well, none of that is bioavailable, so it can't solve anything in the first place, of course it's gonna flow in the blood without doing anything, but that goes for all "supplements" and "fortified" (poisoned) foods.
