Benzoyl peroxide and tretinoin

So I have decided to buy 0.05 percent tretinoin for simple minor pimple scars
And 5 percent benzoyl peroxide to treat pimples over night
I dont have acne just pimples and small scars
Do you think this much concentration is good enough or I should go lower
I dont want any side effects like sensitive skin and stuff?

id use benzoyl peroxide a lot less than tretinoin. i went on both at the same dosages, and benzoyl peroxide dries the skin it quite a lot. tretinoin should be used nightly IMO.

I will use it only when pimple breakouts occur and only on the pimple

If you don’t even have acne just use tret, both will be too damaging to your skin barrier, tret will help pimples anyway

I will only apply it on pimple when the breakouts occur not everyday
