how often should i use benzoyl peroxide

depends on how sensitive your skin is. do not apply every day and night if your skin barrier is weak and dries up very quickly. only use it maybe every other day? otherwise, use it every day twice. make sure to moisturise your skin too, this shit dries it out fast personally i use bp in the morning and then at night i use tretinoin.

ive never noticed it having negative effects but i'd say it makes my skin more sensitive to other products. i use benzoyl peroxide, sa cleanser, moisturizer, spf 50 and adapalene at night which i dont think is too bad

dont use spf50 at night im assuming that's a mistake

4%, i have 10 as well but dont use it

start with 4% only at night for like 3 days then move up to 2 times a day and after u run out of that use 10% once a day and move up to 2x a day

benzoyl peroxide with differin and salicylic acid is a lot. Are you using all of these daily? You would probably be fine with just differin 5-7 nights a week, salicylic acid 2-3 times a week

no i dont usually use all daily. i use the cleanser daily and the peroxide 3 times a week maybe. im just starting the differin slowly so not daily yet. i dont use a sa serum just the cleanser which i dont think is as harsh
