Im not trying to get crazy supressant like things like reta or sema but i just want maybe a little bit extra without spending too much money and it helps with blood sugar etc so an ok healthmaxx. I know nicotine and caffeine works too but i dont drink coffee or smoke and dont want to get addicted to anything so does it have atleast a small effect on appetite?

Might be water or low iq but its a serious questions so pls help
