  2. Chest and triceps
  3. Leg and abs
  4. Shoulders and arms
  5. Chest and back
  6. Legs and shoulders
 
you are 12 years old, dont overthink the training and just go to the gym.
lmao i prolly bench more than you. why would i go 6 days a week when i can just do one of my splits and build more muscle

I agree U/Leod or fb 2 or 3 times a week is better more recovery days if your a natural you take longer to recover then someone on roids.

im natty and i do UL 5 days a week and i dont have any problems recovering
