Whats the best aderall dosage so u can stay a while on it ? for study / appetite

Im thinking of 30 MG

i know about withdrawals..but i did 90 mg for like 5 days then i wanted to kill myself

Wtf? That's a crazy dosage.
I took 60 and felt like doghshit for a entire day.

lol but yh 30 is a lot icl u dont rlly need that much try half the dosage you wanted initially so like 15 dont exceed like 40 mg a day tho cus thats norms

i did that the last time i water fasted..i water fasted for like 9 days with 90 mg of aderall daily ( only from 5th day)

If Its Adderall IR it might be 3 hours. 30 MG XR is a lot and for 12 hours u WILL feel it unless u have high tolerance

OP best dosage is whatever works for u. U gotta figure out what gives u the most benefit with the least side effects. IMO 30 MG XR Adderall is on the higher side. 20 MG is the normal dose over here in US for what most ppl take. This is for Adderall XR which is extended release.
