Is to work and slave away, go to school and work save as much money as you can, work for it, sell whatever, be high iq and develop schemes do literally anything to make money. Get a job the second you’re allowed to in your country, and work. Save every penny and don’t waste a single dollar no matter what. Of course you can spend some on softmaxxes but ideally save up for surgeries, if your young it may look like a lot but just do it anyways
