Best age to hardmax

Obv the earlier you ascend the better, but being able to afford surgeries as a teen is extremely rare. There has to be an age where hardmaxing isn’t worth the money. For example a 30 year old guy with a job, wife and kids isn’t really gonna benefit much from an implant or whatever, but a single guy at any age might. What do you think the cut off is
