Tretinoin isn't a controlled substance. You can buy it for like 20 US dollars per tube online. Go on R/tretinoin on reddit and look for an online store that ships to your nation.

Get retinol then, it's strength is 1:10-1:20 that of tretinoin. You can get 2-5% solution that will have a similar effect on your skin.

150 for a 20g tube is a total scam. dont buy it.

It takes months before results shine through. I would still get regular pimple breakouts until after 3 months of use (tretinoin).

I use 0.1% concentration, so aim for 1-2% for comparable results as me.

Diet and lots of sunlight. Liver, grass-fed beef, blackstrap molasses, whole eggs and green wild herbs. Also fasting.
