Recently I started looking into amino acids and peptides that are more bio available and work instantly, I started taking GABA and Alpha GPC and I will start to implement more amino acids and see how it goes. but i feel them almost instantly or 20 minutes after taking them since they are water soluble. but i take alpha gpc with food sometimes to see how my body will react. I might hop on hgh soon and I will start taking aromatase inhibitor pills. so lmk if there are any other beneficial aminos that i should start taking
