Sorry that happened to you mate. My whole family takes it because I put them on JFL. I take a Himalaya branded one you can find in amazon. About 4600 mg worth of root powder of ashwagandha. i would give it a shot. Definitely feel more relaxed through the day.

Yes, Himalaya brand is the one i bought. Yeah thanks man, this kind of thing has happened all my life, so i got pretty numb to it, especially being raised by such a person like this, it can mess with you.

Benzos are absolute shit. I'm currently detoxing off them right now and am going through hell. Don't do it. They only help short term and eventually you'll just need more and more in order to keep the increasing anxiety from GABA downregulation at bay. Also benzos won't solve anything if you're trying to be more NT. They just turn you into a quiet aspie.

Figure out if you're currently overmethylating, and take supplements to counteract it. CBT, meditation, overall healthy lifestyle will actually help more.
