No offence but you're the exact type of retard that shouldn't be going near steroids. It completely depends on how your body reacts and how your bloodwork looks. Getting to see how E2 levels are after a few weeks and if needed taking an AI preferably aromasin not arimidex. Then if needed take enough to keep E2 in mid to just above max of range. Do more research before fucking yourself up.

1. you shouldnt just use aromatase inhibitors from the start on. Start using it when you get symptoms of high E2. Once you get high E2, start with 0,25mg E3,5D.
2. Aromasin is better than arimidex because its way easier to manage

aromasin acts an androgen in bone and prevents low e2 effects, i am talking about a good startig dose i know that u need to track it and that its very person dependent.

Good starting dose for arimidex is 0,25mg E3,5D
Good starting dose for aromasin is 6,25mg E3,5D
titrate it up only if necessary

Best starting arimidex dose is 0mg lol. You see how your body reacts initially. If you are lean you might not need any ai.

Just inject twice a week minimum and see howo you react.

Yes you either use low dose of an ai or start masteron, primo,eq (although i recommend ai first because these dht derivatives can cause hair loss).

So for example if you're a noob running your first cycles you do 400mg test + masterone at 150.

If your bodyfat is relatively low (which it should/needs to be when running gear) then you shouldnt aromatise that much.
