Anyways yes AIs are for breast cancer because they downregulate Estrogen, Arimidex is the best way to go imo because it isnt a suicide inhibitor and u can keep your serum levels above 15 ng/ml. I personally do .25mg EOD

i feel like aromasin being suicidal is exactly the reason you should take it, because in case somehow you run out of it it doesnt spike your e2 abruptly and you have atleast a week before you come back to your natural levels. with adex your e2 will spike above ur baseline within a few days of not taking it
