corner lip lift, fat grafts to under eyes and nasofolds, bfr, chin filler, laser skin treatments with microneedling and a bunch of other softmaxxes like neck training etc. later hair transplant for hairline lowering and possibly canthopexy, but i would want to avoid that as results dont look good a lot of the time
