I dislike those, I prefer strips, so these are the best strips you can buy without going to a dentist.

Can’t comment on gel and trays as I never used them.

anytime i tried the gel, i could never get the protective barrier to properly work and would have to stop half way through the treatment. I have some gel left so i might buy the strips and add some gel
