The title explains what well be going over and i may be a grey but ive been a grey for over a year now so i know my stuff, some of my takes may be wrong as i dont rot on forums all day so if your a high IQlet lmk what i messed up on as im only human but this will all be to the best of my knowledge, also this was thrown together late at night so im tired asl. 14-15 YRS (also applies for all the other ages up to 18): Your either at your peak of puberty or just around starting so your facial sutures wont be anywhere near closing and most the things throw out there nowa days are cope. You dont need any fancy technics or tools rather you simply need nutrition and vitamins (no peptides, test or HGH during these crucial years), START HITTING THE GYM, split your cycle into Monday, Tuesday off, Wednesday, Thursday off, Friday, Saturday off, then Sunday. the reason its split like this is because your body needs the rest, ONCE you hop on test id recommend going everyday except Sunday as you dont need rest with massive growth recovery. Id recommend taking a daily vitamin and zinc with daily sun light and proper drinking habits and this is just the base.
THIS IS THE ONE TIME ILL MENTION THUMB PULLING as it does NOT help WITH bone mass it rather helps structure your face but only works while really young just like a palette extender would so if your poor then thumb pull but if your parents have money then invest into a palate extender, it will expand your palate and will result in further maxilla projection and width in your midface (zygo/cheekbone project) also with soft maxes i remember Bo jack mentioning a technique that DOES work as it worked for me at 18 for mm of bone mass, so right after you workout (TO FAILURE) your gh is spiked and you use that to your advantage to build more mass by applying constant pressure to cheekbones and zygos for a few minutes everyday RIGHT after finishing your work out and overtime if your consistent and young you'll see progress. Posture is key while young it may not seem like it but the affects will creep up on you like old age does, also stop jerking off so much, especially cause your not on test, its cooking you gng, it honestly doesnt affect your physically appearance but rather affects you mentally. Also along with thumb pulling, well go over Mewing. 16-17 YRS: Im losing motivation to keep educating you on this bs but here we are, at 16 if your not gonna hop on test just kill yourself, for the sake of me and you. JKJK but fr when your 16 take everything we talked about for the 15yrs and apply it to you too, but the only difference is the enhancers you'll be taking now, 16yrs old is the PRIME TIME to hop on test and ill give you the exact cycle and why you should take it, start will 100 mg a week and stage it through 2 sub q or ass shots a week preferably Monday and Thursday but i prefer subq as it seeps through your fat pads more slowly for constant effects through the week, then ramp up to 200 mg as this is the PINICAL BETWEEN SAFE AND SMART, 200 mg is honestly the best amount you can be taking its to the point you dont have to hop on ai (as your 16, you have no clue what your doing) and it has around an 60-80% percent of your balls not turning off forever which is a really good percentage especially at an age like this after hopping off with pct, you'll run this cycle for 16 weeks then hop off. 18-25 YRS: tbh 25 is pushing it but its ok unc, if your 18 just stick with the test/hgh cycle above as thats the only hop you got, you guys are uncs now so own up to it, also as i mentioned earlier especially on test if you apply pressure on your cheekbones/zygos after working out over time you'll see changes, your sutures are most likely closed but your in luck cause im smart as shit, there's a device called marpe/sarpe that expands your palate after the suture closed but its like 12k-25k but its well worth it so heres the pros and cons, it works on people past 30 but obviously the sooner the better, they drill a palate expander into your palate and over time it'll expand and give you a gap but your cheekbones/ zygos will be more pronounced leading to more bone mass and you'll get slight forward growth BUT the con IS the price AND your nose bridge/width will get wider as your entire midface gets stretched apart but its not a major difference so you'll live and you'll have a gap in between your teeth so you'll need braces AGAIN. around 18-20 your height will come to a stop and the best way to tell is if you haven't grown inna while or by getting a hand xray, but your clavicles stop growing last ish so get them gym gains twin, but remember no amount of muscle will save you from a chopped face, only height will, NO AMOUNT OF JERKIN OFF YOUR FACE WITH MEWING AND THUMBPULLING WILL WORK AFTER 18 you just look retarded for even thinking about it. Last but not least no matter the age you'll face will grow and change, there just not as dramatic as when your young so just keep pinning test and your face will increase in mass VERY slowly the older you get so always remember your bones will grow they just wont widen they'll just thicken, but you only have so many cycles until your body's fed up with it so use them wisely.
And last but not least is surgery the most obvious but dreadful option, tbh marpe is a hard max so no hard feelings if you get surgery
