The fight should have happened in 2010, when both Mayweather and Pacquiao were in their primes. By the time they fought in 2015 Pacquiao wasn't the same explosive fighter. Also it wasn't really a dominating fight. Pacquiao had his moments too. I think if they fought in their absolute primes Pacquiao would win. Can't be sure but there's a reason to believe it

After watching the Padley fight, Tank knocks him out clean. Look at how much Padley was able to touch him. A domestic level Brit who's literally a full time electrician

After that performance I think they will fight 100%. Tank will have 0 respect for Shakur's 'power'
