Best carbs for a lean bulk

I already eat tons of fruit but and usually 200g of potatoes a day but what else? I’m trying to hit atleast 3000-3200cal and i can only get so far with those as my main carb sources. I was eating oats but found out about all the phytic acid so fuck that. Is basmati rice okay?? Also considering sweet potato probably. I don’t care as much about bloat because i’ve kind of accepted there’s not much i can do about that if i wanna bulk but i just wanna avoid anything that could mess with hormones or make me STUPIDLY bloated

You shouldn't consume carbohydrates at all, how are you supposed to lean bulk if you're going to disturb fat oxidation with glycogen and insulin spikes?
 
You can’t bulk without carbs unless you wanna overconsume protein and fats for no reason. I’ve tried no carbs just fruits and just hitting my protein and it doesn’t work, i need some amount of carbs to progress long term.

Carbohydrate consumption -> conversion to glucose -> blood glucose spikes -> insulin spikes -> your body using glycogen as a major source of fuel -> fat storage
