I already eat tons of fruit but and usually 200g of potatoes a day but what else? I’m trying to hit atleast 3000-3200cal and i can only get so far with those as my main carb sources. I was eating oats but found out about all the phytic acid so fuck that. Is basmati rice okay?? Also considering sweet potato probably. I don’t care as much about bloat because i’ve kind of accepted there’s not much i can do about that if i wanna bulk but i just wanna avoid anything that could mess with hormones or make me STUPIDLY bloated
