I will lift weights and stuff but want to do fasted cardio in the morning. Does anyone have a good routine?



I was thinking of doing this, I quite like this youtuber and his content so thought I'd give it a try. Can someone tell me if its a waste of time?

Also are ab workouts cope? I am eating in a slight deficit.

Theres no need to skip it nigga :feelskek: its good to do cardio at least once or twice a week

Buy a pair of shoes, a sunscreen, an cap
And go for a run, at slow pace
 
Slow, easy cardio. Your heart rate shouldn't get too high. Slowly build mileage. LISS is under rated.

Then after months of building your aerobic base, you can do a structured 5k/10k/whatever k if you want.
