Title, dont care if its a hacker, a fraudster, a drug cook or something. I do NOT want to work a normal job. Would prefer if you'd post examples of people using those degrees for criminal activity.

Like software engineer pays omegabank and it's 100% legal

Anything that teaches you how to think. No need to college to cook method, it's not that difficult
