Hello everyone,

Who are some of the most highly recommend surgeons for procedures?

I don’t care about pricing, I have enough money for anything including Leg Lengthening, etc.

I just want the best for the best doctors, with the lowest chance of ever being botched. And yes I realize nothing is 100% safe, but I would like to have the highest chance of nothing bad happening by hopefully throwing more money at it. You usually get what you pay for. You go cheap internationally, you get a cheap job would be my guess. Perhaps I’m wrong, i just don’t want to be like that other dude with the eye surgeries, Frank something.

I will pay anything as long as it’s done good. I’m looking at needing asymmetry procedures, implants, chin adjustments, hair transplant, etc. I’m willing to travel outside USA if the doctors are better, but I would assume the safest doctors are ones in Boston, Mass., LA, and Cali.

Frank Tufano got botched by one of the most reputable oculoplastic surgeons in the US (based in Cali) and paid around £30k for his surgery lmao, just because a surgeon charges a lot it doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll be ethical

Didn’t realize that, thank you for the information.

What would you suggest I look for instead?

Most the surgeries I want, are not very invasive like something as Double Jaw Surgery, or Bimax.

I’m probably going to need minor procedures like a full custom jawline implant, probably custom Zygo implants too, so my midrange will match the jawline implant.

Then i’ll need a hair transplant, mostly the corners of my hairline got cooked, and I have a widows peak. So get rid of that and fix the corners.

From there, I need eyelid surgery, I have 1 eyelid that goes down a bit lower than the other, so just excess skin, not TOO noticeable, but it definitely is when i’m tired.

And I have one eyebrow higher than the other.

These are all the areas that once I have fixed, my appeal will be 10x better.

in my experience from looking into surgery turkey, Mexico, Korea are all elite and better than the US in many cases, only time ive seen US be better is for implants cause not too many other countries do them, I would look into giant if u get implants tho

Implants are tricky because it's hard to predict how the soft tissue will react. A lot of implant results I've seen end up making the patient look bloated rather than giving them an angular look. However, if your jaw is extremely narrow it could be worth looking into. For zygos, I'm unsure, there are only a few good results out there. Personally I'd get filler instead, looks way more natural and most filler results mog implants.

For eyelid surgery, I'd recommend Dr Massry, Dr Vrcek or Dr Ramesh. Botox should be able to fix your eyebrow asymmetry.

Regarding finding good surgeons, besides obvious things like looking at reviews and seeing if the surgeon can handle your specific case (do they have good results of patients who looked similar to you before they did surgery), try to find surgeons who seem like they are good guys who genuinely want to help. You can determine this from looking at reviews, some surgeons have interviews on YT (if there is a video - how do they come across?), messaging people who have already had surgery with the surgeon and even messaging the surgeon himself on social media. Quite a few surgeons will actually respond if you message them.

Thanks bro, I will do this.

Bet, I definitely know about Turkey as many people get transplants there.

Botox should be able to fix your eyebrow asymmetry.
But ill advised if the brows are actually compensating for eyelid ptosis. Needs a thorough oculoplastic consultation

Both fault here, tuffano never needed this and he is a retard and taban is idiot that he performed this

Taban is more at fault than Frank is. Tufano had bulging eyes, the only way to fix this is orbital decompression. The surgical plan was good up until the last moment when Taban added the medial wall decompression. Frank should have done more research into what procedures he was getting, but to be fair to him Taban is very respected in his field and goes heavy on marketing so Frank trusted him. The medial wall decompression was also decided the day before the surgery meaning Frank didn’t have much time to deliberate on it.

Frank is a terrible person and a schizo retard so people always overlook how irresponsible Taban was for doing a 2 wall decompression on a cosmetic patient. For reference, I’ve spoken to a few oculoplastic surgeons who regularly do orbital decompressions and they only do 2 wall decompressions on 1 or 2 patients per year with severe cases of Graves’ disease or very large eyeballs out of like 100-150 decompressions per year.
