If you really want to stick out the most practice your spanish (This will help you in every country).

I recommend the website Dreaming Spanish for this, they have tons of videos in Spanish and listening to the language is the best way to learn it. Also watch TV-Shows in Spanish.

If you are B1-C1 level as a gringo/european you will stand out everywhere hard in South America.
