portugal is cool. great weather, safe, kinda spendy but you can definitely have fun

poland is also good for this, but not as great weather and a bit less fun (much less outside the big cities) but much cheaper iirc

US for job opportunities, upwards social mobility (if you have marketable skills and are above average in any way) and fun outgoing people.

Dubai and Switzerland for the same reasons as above except for the last part (You need to be an above average westerner for this to apply, try being an Indian in either country).

Norway for a good safety social net. (Boring country with socially autistic people and nothing to do and high taxes make it unappealing to be rich there. Great place for neets who want to stay home all day).

Poland for the women (thats literally it).

Philippines if you don’t care about white women.

Spain and Italy for the weather and history.
