Best cycle for 16 yr old prioritizing height n bone mass

I just turned 16 not too long ago and looking for something to gain 3-5 inches. Im 5,11 rn and my dads 6,4, and moms 5,3. I would prefer something on the cheaper end with minimal side effects in the future.
