Next year i will be studying physics, chem, calc 1, english, and some other class I have forgotten.

I'm aiming for med school entry to study surgery, then spend 5-10 yrs on normal surgery then get my plastics certificate and make my own surgery buisness to farm money from bbls in the usa. :lul:

should I still aim for this or should I go for a different degree like engineering so I dont slave away 7~ years of my life and waste 70k on med school.:feelshah:

Start making art.
I appreciate the encouragement but trying to make money with an art degree is the fastest path to suicide

If your main goal is just money then Med / related is probably your best shot.

Some other good options are Philosophy or Law. Philosophy -> Law is a really good route that lots of firms look for because it shows competency beyond just memorising the law.

Trying to predict this is hard to do. In reality you just choose whatever you think best and hope to achieve it.

I studied Computer Science. Needless to say the job market is completely raped on that part.. then got into sales.

It is rare for someone to actually work in the degree they studied for. So just do what you think is best bro.

Yes engineering is better for money. You’ll drown in med school debt and make good money very late.

Not the best advice
Just study what you’re interested in bro!
I studied marine biology, but would choose biology if I could again, or even go further back and take chemistry A-level and then do veterinary medicine

It’s best to study something broad at bachelors level

quant if u want but its extremely hard to break in u need to be already cracked and good at math and not only that u need to realistically go to a top school (but any is fine if ur skilled enough) and also get connections/referrals. the issue with medicine is that ur gonna be unc status by the time u make any money cuz ur spending 10+ years in med school and residency and then spending all that money as well as the amnt of cortisol spikes ull experience during that time frame. its ur choice but if ur a high level doctor or surgeon and open ur own practice u can make an insane amnt of money esp if ur speciality is very niche and there will always be a high job security since medicine will never be going away. the question is do u want to spend that much time grinding where most likely it will be ur family (parents, wife, kids) spending ur money and endure all that stress and grind or do some other field where u can maybe make as much but not put in as much effort.
