Heavy cable lateral raises
-set cable to the ground
-1 warm up set if needed
-4 sets until failure, keep cable dick height on way down
single arm cable delt fly
-set cable at shoulder height
- 3-4 sets failure, when you can’t go any more, do partial reps imitating the full ones
-think about creating the biggest arc possible
Best delt exercises by far, let me know if there are any others you do, but these have by far been the most effective for me 100%
