What the best O&M Doctors for jaw (Extremely blackpilled ones), looking for options in Europe, America, Brazil and Asia. I want based on trustworthiness, cost and personal rating.

Just find a good surgeon, don't always go with "blackpilled" as they'll charge you more.

You can get the same results with any other surgeons.

But if you are alao talking about implants I'd advice you to go with dr. Pagnoni and Giant inplant.

I don't think so tbh unless giga reccesed, but i do agree on the severe cases of recession though.

For example for me, i am not that reccesed but that doesn't mean i am not reccesed (the sole reason i am getting bimax is funcional for my tmj, but also aesthetical).

It depends from skull to skull if you need a surgeon who performs big movements or not.

You don't necessarily need a blackpilled surgeon.
In the US there, as far as I know, aren't any laws stopping surgeons from marketing themselves. Even Europe has these surgeons. Most of the surgeons here are there because of smart, or just frankly dirty and sneaky marketing. Raffaini, Ramieri, Alfi to name a few.

I'm personally a big fan of Dr. Steinbacher, but that's mostly because of his education, though there are plenty of other surgeons with the same level of education that didn't get this much online publicity just due to lack of word of mouth online and marketing.
Most of these surgeons care so much about their reputation as godsent surgeons that they actively go after bad reviews to get them removed, unfortunately often times with success.

For all we know the best surgeon in the world can be your random local jaw surgeon.
Go ask your orthodontist, who you'll ideally need a referral from to even start the process, who he recommends first.
