get bloodwork if u can, single out what u could use more of etc, if ur lazy just take them all there won't be a problem

the hidden gems are gaba + l arginine, they can increase gh

u could also take ibutamoren, shouldn't even be called a sarm tbh, 70% won't have any side effects, take care of ur blood glucose with berberine or metformin and you're golden.
