just use phentermine BRO and excercise and diet. you can't just take some pill to make you lose fat whilst staying healthy if you don't excercise and diet. You shouldn't even be thinking about "pills". Just exercise ard and diet hard. But if you're looking for an appetite suppressant, go with phentermine and take 37.5mg daily and don't just take it thinking its going to make you lose weight on its own. It'll nerf your appetite but you gotta make sure you're not starving yourself. Go on a keto diet too if you don't have any exams coming up.

I messed with it once. Took 400mg for about 5 days straight and lost 10lbs+ without any diet or lifestyle changes. Was around Dec 2016 time. Went off it because I just didn't want to die, lol.
