All of them have European DNA though besides Aboriginals. They have this DNA through either modern admixture or things like Western Hunter Gatherer, Ancient North Eurasian, Yamnaya etc.

If we break the races up into:

Caucasoid
Mongoloid
Negroid

you will not see the other two having non brown/black eyes under any circumstance unless mixed in with these groups listed above.. OUTSIDE of Aboriginals.

Blue eyes are probably a neotenous trait spurred by lactose tolerance. Europeans and Aboriginals are the only groups in large numbers to have lactose tolerance even today.

The only people to have colored eyes, anything other than brown, have european dna. Although some people do have colored hair from other dna no one has colored eyes except from european dna. That is why people who have historically had more encounters and mixing with europeans, like arabs, indians, and aboriginals have colored eyes, while people like the chinese who have not mixed as much still retain their brown eyes more
