The best exercises and workout programs to increase testosterone levels and develop a strong male desire.
I'll start with high-intensity running, short-distance sprinting. Probably the best exercise, it uses a huge number of muscle fibers and gets the blood pumping throughout the body.
 
compound lifts such as bench and squat and deadlift spike the most testosterone short term, long term really any decent excersise program will improve ur baseline test. just keep cardio short and intense though long cardio can actually decrease test
