I need to get confirmed I got fucking sleep apnea so that I can get the NHS to replace my decayed teeth for jaw surgery it's the only way forward. I can already get jaw surgery but I want them to fund my fucking restorations so that it's possible (they do this for old people that have retrusive maxillas due to long-term denture use). I could pay 5k+ for it but I'd rather the taxpayer do it.

What are some exercises in addition to mass bulking that would induce sleep apnea and put pressure on around the neck region so that the NHS has no other option but to give me a lefort 1?

Don't recommend anything but...

Sleep apnea is very common in strength sports. Most of the high level guys need a CPAP machine just to sleep. Build a huge neck and you might develop it.

fucking cope, just save or get a surgeon that works with insurance

sleep apnea also causes mental problems; reduces IQ and memory, can induce ADD, etc.

if u want to have it, just mouth-breath to obstruct ur airways

i dont see how those problems could happen in an adult

the symptoms/effects happen at any age regardless of whether you are a baby or an old-man with a wrinkled ass like a raisin, it can also cause cardiovascular problems so be careful not a good play
