get a pull up bar, pull ups and chin ups are underrated exercises and you can do them whenever you want. You can also work your abs eventually doing L-sit chin ups

Heavy squats and deadlifts shrink your height a little. You don't need those for a nice V shaped build either.

machines, cables, and bodyweight exercises

you can almost completely avoid free-weights and classic barbell movements

Compound lifts with isolations to target muscles that compound lifts don't hit that well. 500 cal surplus with 1g of protein a day
