Sailer photoshops his results and makes heavy use of lighting and angle frauding. She doesn't actually look like that and has a chimp like appearance due to the degree he advanced the upper jaw - there was a more candid photo taken and it didn't look good.

I ser what you mean. In the before She's tilting her head down, and in the after pic she's tilting up. Also the lighting is much brighter in the after. And why isnt there a frontal photo?
