Icelandic food and generally the north lack colors and flair. But make up for it in taste and flavor. But there are some colorful dishes in here.

Looks good. Idk if it’s similar, but Icelandic Lamb reminds me of fårikål we have here in Norway. Lamb, vegetables, etc
