I have incel forearms so I’ve been building them the past week with this thing

They didn’t work for me. They did but they worked other muscles too much so not practice

Also cope 20 reps with this has made my forearms go from little girl to respectable in about a month

i use them too, you won't see any remarkable gains but it's a nice tool to have to get veiny arm pumps that you can send to JBs
 
Do cable rows and lat pull-down but pull with ur arms rather than ur back. Will def build forearms
