I'd say forearms, shoulders, back and abs are my strong points so ill drop a few excercises with reps and sets for each one soon, rn its forearms.
1: sam sulek style uwu straight bar cable curls
(Idk the actual name)
(For this one, and just all of these generally, you can go really heavy and blast it out until failure on each set because forearms arent that big of a muscle that they dont need alot of recovery time so you can blast out volume, with intensity ofc)
2: reverse barbell curls
3: Sideways hammer curls
(These are key for the brachioradialis)
4: dumbell wrist curls
5: behind the back barbell wrist curls
6: (ofc the best single handed [or double depending on what youre dealing with] forearm movement is a solid few sets to failure of tickling the pickle JFL)
