I'll start going to the gym in a week and I wanna be lean and gain muscle mass by July, but my diet is shit and I starve myself everyday so i wanna know what's the split and diet that worked for u the best
(I'm 16 and my height is around 160-170 but idk what's exactly my weight but I have low bf)

Upper lower/full body
 
I'll start with @dragomaxxer split when I start the gym because he seems the most experienced watch his thread
 
its litt one of the best splits ever u didnt gain muscle bc ur not training right or js low test
ig I wasn't training right bc I did it when I started going to the gym

UL/ FB is proven to be best. High frequency yeilds most gains compared to high volume

But tbh at your stage it's all optional, beginners literally grow from anything

when you get more advanced you can worry about it but for now it's optional

well I had good amount of muscle mass but I lost some of it because I've been starving myself for a long time for a debloat but I've had enough of ts and I thought a good diet and gym split w some cardio will do it for me, thank you

That post is a good model FB day BUT you must add twoquad exercises like extensions for the rectus femoris and leg press or a squat variation for the rest of ur leg. On extensions put the seat far back so there is a noticable space between your ass placement and the back of the seat.
